Meet the Doctor
Jeffrey S. Ryther, DDS, MS, SC
Doctor Ryther is a 1981 graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry. He practiced General Dentistry in Green Bay from 1981 until 1987 at which time the entered graduate training program in Prosthodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Following completion of his residency he remained at the University of Iowa as a faculty and staff member with appointments in the Depatment of Prosthodontics at the College of Dentistry and the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He has taught Prosthodontics at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In 1993 he and his family returned to Green Bay establishing and enjoying a practice limited to Prosthodontics. Dr. Ryther is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontists.
Dr. Ryther remains active in the community serving as a board member of the North Eastern Wisconsin Community Clinic for the last eighteen years and volunteers in the uninsured dental clinic providing prosthodontic care for the underprivileged . He currently serves as president of the Dental Assisting Advisory Board at the North Eastern Wisconsin Technical college. He is involved with local youth ice hockey and also serves as secretary of the board for Brown County Ice Management which administers four of Green Bays ice rinks.
Dr. Ryther enjoys gardening, his fruit trees, amatuer radio, canoeing and outdoor activities with his wife and family.
